Bad User experience in badly designed software
Hi,
I own several Logitech products. I love the hardware, but, sadly, software has always been bad, often terribly bad, to the point that, sometimes after getting very badly frustrated, I returned the hardware.Now, Logi Options+ is unfortunately not an exception. User experience is bad. I am saying this as a fellow designer myself. It looks nice but it is unintuitive, badly communicating with OS, and just plain confusing. I first thought that, it was a buggy first release, but soon realised that it is not the case, it is just badly designed.

Backend connection problem nicht behebbar
Nach Update auf Logi Options+ Version 1.38.359.556 in Windows 10 kennt die App die Geräte nicht, weder den LogiBolt Stick noch die MX Master 3 S Maus sowie die MX Mechanical Tastatur. In der App erscheint unten eine Problemmeldung: Backend connection problem - click here to launch backend. Der Click darauf behebt das Problem nicht. Auch eine Deinstallation und Neuinstallation von LogiOptions+ hilft nicht. Was ist der Grund für das Problem? Danke.

New master 3s mouse. Craft keyboard not compatible with the new receiver?!!! Can I get a refund for my Craft since it doesn't work with the new receiver? I really don't want two separate dongles eating up my usb ports.

Need to roll back update
Can I roll back the 4/17/23 update? Ever since it updated I have programs that will no longer start properly. The Logi Options+ update is the only thing I know for sure that changed today.

Keyboard and Mouse Switching
The "FLOW" feature is amazing for the work I do. However, it is a shame that it doesn't get you the option to allow the keyboard to switch automatically with the mouse. I really hope that there is a fix for it.

Login Logi ID
Ich habe alle meine Einstellungen verloren. Diese unbrauchbare Software meldet sich nicht mit der "Logi ID" an. Ich werde nach über 20 Jahren auf andere Hardware wechseln. Einfach eine Frechheit, da ja meine Hardware registriert ist.

List of contacts in Gmail jumps when scrolling with mouse wheel
A problem with the MX Master 3 mouse. When I use the scroll wheel to go thru my list of conacts to select who I am going to forward something to, the list jumps either forward or backward several spaces, making it necessary to use the up and down arrows on my MX master keyboard. This is not a very convenient way of doing this task.

Logo Options+ Update error
Receiving a 'Backend Connection Problem' error when auto-updating Logi Options+ on Windows 10 Desktop. Have uninstalled, cleaned registry entries and reinstalled but unfortunately get the same error which gets caught in a loop. Tried your Bot-Chat for help but was unsuccessful.

Backend and Options + won't work or load
Every time I launch Logi Options + it states backend connections problem-click here to launch backend. Then does nothing. I have uninstalled, clean and rebooted and reinstalled multiple times. With no resolution.

Unable to map Cmd+[
I'm unable to map Cmd+[ to the back button my mouse. This worked with the previous version of Options. When I try to map, it recognizes the Cmd but not the [. I'm trying to do this for the "Back" action in Eclipse which doesn't respond to the normal "Back" mapping

mouse no longer scrolls after update
since this new version installed itself without asking me, my wheel no longer scrolls the pages in the browser.
Grrrrrrrr. Don't break what wasn't broken in the first place.

Why are my settings lost after a couple of hours with +
With Logioptions I had no problems. My M720 would not forget its settings even after a system reboot. Once plus was released the settings last about 2 hours before they are lost and I have to go through the process again. This has been since upgrading to plus. Can I go back? Can you introduce a save settings button?

No rompan el software en cada actualización
En serio no puedo creer que sean tan incompetentes, cada que actualizan este software basura algo arruinan. Ahora resulta que no tengo ningún dispositivo conectado? el receptor está conectado, el mouse funciona, pero su software no detecta mi MX master 3. Primero la app no abre, luego borran todas las configuraciones personalizadas sin posibilidad de recuperarlas vía copia de seguridad porque sobreescriben todo. Y ahora esto? Por amor de Dios, contraten gente que sepa hacer su trabajo.

all settings lost after restart. have to reinstall daily.
Every morning Options+ loses all settings, unifying receiver is not connected or visible in app. mouse is not connected or visible in app. (there is no bluetooth on my computer). Windows settings shows the receiver is operational. attempting to add device in the app the unifying receiver option is greyed out. this is unusable. Logi Options worked just fine I want it back
