    I have a grey K380 keyboard but the app shows the pink one, it ruins the whole aesthetic of the app and my setup when i have the Logi App opened and there's a mismatched pink keyboard compared to the actual grey one on my desk

    MX Keys S Plus - The proximity sensor doesn't work properly. Sometimes, doesn't trigger even if I hover my hands over the keyboard, sometimes the light doesn't stop for minutes (> 10 min)

  5. Mouse Buttons and Keyboard Keys Customization

    the customization of the keyboard and mouse buttons does not work properly.

    they return to the default settings after a while (~15 min). to solve the problem, I have to close/reopen logi options and repeat this process again after about 15 minutes.

    マウスM705をサポートしたことになっていますが、
    デバイス追加しても、Option＋に追加されず、
    Unifyingソフトウェア側に追加されます。
    どうなっているのでしょうか？

  9. Logitech unifying full?

    My unifying receiver is not acknowledged at all for the computer #1 but receives well enough to let #2 operate both keyboard and mouse on another computer #2. Bluetooth doesn't want to work either on #1 but seems to be used sometimes on #2 computer. Right now I get by with hard wired keyboard and mouse. What a bother!

  10. MX Master 3S Scroll wheel with KVM

    I currently have a M650 and MX Master 3S
    The Bolt USB is plugged into a KVM. Whenever I switch between PCs, the scroll wheel on the MX Master 3S will stop working. I need to reconnect in order for the scroll wheel to work. I do not observe such an issue with the M650. Is it possible to have this issue resolved?

  11. Logi++ sometimes glitches and returns to default programming till I run the program.

    I use the shift mode button on the top as a PTT button. Every now and then Logi++ glitches and flips to the default option for that button changing the shift mode. To get it back I have to run the Logi++ software. Please fix.

    I play World of Warcraft and since your last update, it is very difficult to move my characters using the mouse. I have to push both buttons really hard to move. The cursor moves fine.

  13. Consistent High CPU Usage Agent and Updater

    High CPU utilization by both LogiOptions+ Updater and Agent. Needs to be brought to heel. Regularly consuming 8-10%. I work in corporate IT and encounter this across many machines, it is not isolated. Intel i7 processors and HP and Dell laptops and AIOs, Windows 11 22H2.

    操作系统为Win10，MX vertical鼠标滚轮安装logi option+设置后，鼠标滚轮不可用。但其他鼠标，如雷蛇鼠标中间滚轮在系统中仍可使用，因此可排除系统设置问题，为鼠标设置问题.为何没有恢复默认设置按钮/操作？

    Seid der Installation von Ventura 13.5.1 scheint die Vertical Mouse nicht mehr richtig zu funktionieren. Kommt in den nächsten Tagen ein Patch raus oder soll ich mir einen anderen Lieferanten für eine neue Maus suchen? Nichts geht mehr. Ich arbeite auf einem MacBook Pro 13-inch Jahrgang 2018. Herzlichen Dank für die prompte Behebung der massiven Funktionsprobleme unter diesem Betriebssystem.

  17. Bug da janela do options+ quando utiliza monitor externo

    Meu setup possui o monitor externo como display principal e ao abrir o logitech option+ e arrastar para tela do notebook ele fica mantem o dimensionamento e nao possibilita o ajuste da janela impossibilitado de utilizar na tela do notebook., pois o tamnaho da janela é maior q a tela

  20. Impossible to assign the CTRL+W to a mouse button

    It is impossible to assign the CTRL+W keyboard shortcut to a mouse button, because when I press the key combination it close the LogiOptions+ application.
    Too bad.
