1. Battery dies in 2 days

   Purchased Logitech Mx Master 3 online just 25 days back. But battery dies in 3 days of moderate use (2-6 hours/day). Using it on desktop for video editing.

3. Cache folder takes 9GB, which should be smaller

   Cache folder in LogiOptionsPlus is so big, which I think it should not be 9GB big.

4. Worse than Microsoft

   Sheesh... don't you completely test new options releases? If it isn't one thing it's another every time you update. This time (1.22.5550) it's caps toggle no longer plays sounds.

7. Your Download Website is Out of Order

   I have had to install a new hard drive. I have been trying to download software for my MS Master 2S mouse and K800 Illuminated Wireless Keyboard. Your download/support website does not work. I have tried to access it from 2 different computers - it just "flashes". No joy. Please help.

8. why do you force barely functioning programs upon your loyal customers

   this logitech options + is total trash , crashes wayyy more than regular logitech options which i was forced to updrade to since my device was no longer supported every time i turn around and try to use app specific button layouts for my mouse it isnt working typically needing me to manually open logitech options + let it fully load clickmy device then click the app specific profile before it will operate as intended . and thats if im lucky , currently no matter what i do it will not change my mouse inputs . so im left with no option but to TRY restarting my computer and while i assume it will restore proper function it is still very annoying, force me to use a less stable version of your software , good on you that will help customer satisfaction . aside from that im connected through the provided unifying reciver and when i check for updates in the app settings it says no device found so im connecting your product thrpugh your product that came with this exact mouse yet it cant find it . yeahhh good program your forcing upon your customers .if you wanna let me use a program for my mouse make it g hub not this pile of flaming garbage . i thought you guys were better than this been a customer for years , might see what razers up to these days

11. Particular keyboard shortcuts cannot be mapped to Options+

    Hi there,

    I paired MX Master 3S mouse with Options+.

    The following keyboard shortcuts are not executed by Options+ when mapped to mouse gestures:

    Ctrl + Num 7
    Ctrl + Num 2

    They are employed by Adobe Illustrator and the old regular Logitech Options application can handle them without any difficulties. (I did not try other numbers. Just 2 and 7, but I assume they are not working as well).

    New update with patch for this woud be deeply appreciated.

12. Useless update takes ten steps backwards.

    Absolutely rubbish forced update, none of my macros work anymore due to 'No support for program'. Even when adding the .exe files manually, it still doesn't register any commands I assign to keys. Are AutoCAD and Indesign such insignificant programs that they don't warrant your support?

    options+ "distorts" mouse clicks from time2time (I suspect ist is like stuck cmd key).
    only force-quit solves this.

    nichts klappt:
    Updates werden nicht automatisch erkannt.
    Der Ladzustand der Akkus wird nicht angezeigt.
    Ohne Setpoint wurden noch nicht mal die Tastatur und Maus erkannt.

19. MX Master 3 randomly changes scrolling mode from ratchet to free spin on MacOS Monterey

    Options+ randomly changes scrolling mode of MX Master 3 from ratchet to free spin even when I set it to ratchet mode. I had to re-enable ratchet scroll mode everytime that happens. I am using Macos 12.5.1 and Logitech options+ version 1.22.5550

20. Key letters wearing off.

    Keyboard and mouse are going great. The only problem is that the stick on lettering is wearing off on "A S D E C &lh Shift" keys.
