  3. Disappointing problems

    I'm having a problem where I can't pair my MX Keys and MX Master 3S to a single unifying receiver. They both pair perfectly fine to the dongles they came with but neither will pair to the same one. I've tried it through Logi Options and I've tried it through the Unifying Software and it won't work on either softwares or either dongles. Also the backlight on my MX Keys works for a few seconds after turning the keyboard on (the sensor picks my hands up) but after a minute or so if I go to use the keyboard the…

  4. Spacebar loses pause/play function

    HI Logitech
    The spacebar on my K545 loses its [pause/play] functionality if I have used my M610 mouse while streaming. Its a tad annoying.

  5. Wow does this suck!

    My idea is that you make a smooth scroll that doesn't break google maps streetview.
    You've known this issue for years.
    My other idea is that ******** not force me to replace my fully functional keyboard (about $100) just because I bought a new mouse. The new mouse was purchased because my MX master 3 mouse's gestures button got stuck.
    Not impressed, and feeling pretty buttsore logitech! probably my last purchase, hyperscroll is not worth $100 a year to keep functional.

    In de laatste versie van de software wordt de mogelijkheid geboden voor meldingen van laag-batterij niveau. Dit werkt goed voor mijn MX-keys toetsenbord, maar niet voor mijn MX-Ergo Trackball.
    Van mijn MX-Ergo krijg ik geen batterij-meldingen te zien.

  7. MX KEYSが途中で操作不能になる

    使用機器：MX KEYS

    症状：
    Logicool Optionsから
    Logi Options+にしてから
    一日に１０回以上キーボードが反応しなくなります。
    Bluetoothの接続は切断されておらず、
    Logi Options+を起動してキーボードの設定をいじると復帰します。

  8. The app crashes once every few days

    While using this program on Mac M1; it stops working after few days and i see keep loading screen when i open it again. I have to force quit logitech's process or log out and log in to my mac account to make it working again. If i will not do it - my accesories do not work properly.

  11. Start Menu option missing for button customization

    When customizing the M720 mouse, I can't find the option to assign Start Menu to a button, even though it's an option in many of the presets for the thumb button. I'd love the ability to assign that function to where I want it!

    Not worth it as it is no longer working when i close the lid of my macbook air and decides to work using the extended display. Mouse pointer moves but unable to use other functionalities

    Hi,

    When I first start up the computer, I will not be able to use my custom buttons.
    Only after I open "options+" app, then the mouse custom buttons are working.

  14. Bug - custom shortcut for Break maps to Scroll Lock on Windows

    When creating a shortcut for the "break" key on Windows, this actually ends up mapping to the "scroll lock" key. (I checked this by opening Windows' on-screen keyboard app)

  15. Custom button mappings revert to defaults frequently

    The latest version of Options+ with my MX Keys wireless keyboard and M720 Triathlon wireless mouse is quick to stop providing my custom mouse button mappings, falling back to the defaults. The devices are being shared between three computers and I am frequently switching between them. All are using Logitech Unifying Receivers. I had to turn off Flow as well because it would suddenly fail to switch when moving to the edge of the screen. Options+ would register an "Error" and instruct me to turn the mouse off then back on.

  17. LOCK PLZ

    Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S.
    this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.

  19. Mouse features dont work in chrome

    Ever since my mouse software upgraded to options+, the mouse programmed buttons no longer work in chrome, they work fine as long as im not on a chrome page. But I use it mostly for chrome. Logitech m720 triathlon mouse.
