  1. Master 3

    When using Flow: mouse gets stuck at the edge of the computer in-use. You have to jiggle it to pass to the next screen.
    That was the case with previous Options s/w.
    If this can be improved would be great, as Flow is a GREAT feature.

  2. Removing devices from LogiOptions

    The first keyboard I received was faulty and it was replaced.
    The SW still shows it without an option to remove.
    Please advise how to remove.

  3. The font does not support Cyrillic

    Неверно отображаются шрифты в русской версии программы, шрифт который используется в программе не поддерживать кириллицу.

  6. Backlight changes on screen

    Hi, just installed Options+ and noticed that the keyboard backlighting indicator that used to pop-up on screen is no longer there. It was handy when backlighting was changed in daylight conditions. Now it is almost impossible to notice any changes.

    Hello dear developers,
    In Opera GX internet browser, "navigate between tabs" function does not work. I'm just letting you know. I have no intention of teaching you your job or rushing you. :)

  9. Install crashed/restarted win 10 laptop

    5 mins ago initially running the .exe install which then offers the blue/purple button in the middle of the app "Install Options+" (or similar text) - I clicked button... the screen never changed - and after a minute win 10 laptop I'm on just jumped to restarting screen (so installer crashed it). Tried again and clicking the button then correctly moved on to downloading the software screen

  10. Smartshift not switching fast enough

    Smartshift, the switch from line-by-line to hyperfast should be done sooner. Even at 100% setting I find that hyperfast starts too late. I like line-by-line when I scroll very slow and hyperfast should kick in immediately if I scroll a bit faster

  11. Options+ shows devices as not connected

    MX keys & MX Anywhere 3 both connected via 1 unifying receiver. Options+ shows both as not connected however, I'm typing this on MX keys and moving my cursor so obviously they are connected. It just means I dont see battery status etc.

  13. Battery Status + Logitech Flow improvement

    Into this new version, I would include battery indicatior somewhere customizable for instance in taskbar, or by minimizing the icon into the tray, because to verify it I have to open application or wait till the notification which is not necessery always showing. Second thing please fix Flow for mouse nad keyboard, something its working something completetly not and I cannot move the cursor to another desktop..... Thanks

  14. Initial thoughts and some performance issues

    Comment on installation:
    I noted after installing Options+ the old version of Options was still running. After a restart it didn’t load again. I don’t recall any instructions to restart the computer after installation. So on one of my computers, it was running for days with both Options and Options+ loaded as per Task Manager.
    Suggestion: The user be told to restart to clear any remnants of the old version for systems that had Options previously running on their computer. Actually, the old Options should be uninstalled as part of installing Options+. This will eliminate any potential conflict between the…

  15. Notification pop-up visual issues

    The shadow element under the notification pop-up (Caps, battery etc.) is showing suddenly a second after the fade-in is complete.

    I hope to be able to add custom actions again. i.e for the thumb scroll wheel I used to be able to set it up so that it would act as a forward/back seek control in VLC - the setting in the old app [non-beta] also didn't work when selecting the forward/back option, same as in the beta, although I could add a custom action. I could then set it up as the seek shortcut in VLC which is the left and right arrows or shift + left or right (for smaller variation of seeking). I would like to be…

    The feedback popup that I am typing into does not popup on a Windows 10 System.

  20. Erkennt meine Geräte nicht

    • Bei der Installation im Schritt „Dateiextraktion“ springt der Font wegen der hochzählenden Prozentangabe > Fixed Width oder Monospaced Font
    • Farbdesign sollte auch die OS Einstellungen übernehmen können
    • Korrekte Silbentrennung beim Back-Button der „Anwendung seinstellung en“ wäre barrierefreier
    • Link auf das Forum im Feedback Dialog
    • Mehr kann ich nicht berichten, da ich bei „GERÄT(E) VERBINDEN“ hängen bleibe.
