  3. Notification to log in starts (old) Options

    I get the notification "no logged in to Logitech Options"; when I log in the (old) app Options starts. In that app I see a banner to use the new Options+. Would prefer to only have to deal with Options+. SHould I remove the old Options? System is MAcbook Pro with BigSur OS.

  4. suppression du blocage du volume à 100%

    bonne nouvelle, je n'ai plus le bug qui faisait monter le son au max et restait bloqué. Seul moyen pour arrêter le blocage à 100% du volume --> éteindre et rallumer le clavier

  5. Sondertasten MX Master 3 nach Standby funktionslos

    Wenn die MX Master 3 aus dem Sleep Modus kommt (also einige Minuten nicht bewegt wurde) funktionieren die belegten Sondertasten nicht mehr nach Konfiguration.

    Ein Aus- und erneutes Einschalten behebt das Problem

  6. flow is not an option, I switch my mouse and keyboard at the same time using one Easy-Switch button

    most companies blocks local traffic with a firewall and most companies doesn't give you a PC with admin rights. so Flow is not an options for most of your users.
    Please give us the possibility to switch our mouse and keyboard at the same time using one Easy-Switch button. this is what you promised and you haven't delivered yet!!!!!!!

  7. Mouse back and forward buttons don't work.

    Sometimes, mouse back and forward buttons stop to work in Google Chrome in some tabs.

  8. Weird behavior of smart scroll

    When I use the smart scroll on my MX Master 3 sometimes the scrolling just becomes uncontrollable. Example: When scrolling through a web page and using the mouse in free flow mode, the scrolling just doesn't stop when you stop the scroll wheel.

  9. Mx Master 3 loses user profile until powered off/on

    I have to turn MX Master 3 off and back on multiple times a day because it loses my user profile with custom button bindings.

    scrolling on macOS is really bad! Even with smooth scrolling is on, i can't have nearly the experience I had with magic mouse or magic trackpad.

  12. Devices keep disconnecting

    My devices are constantly disconnnecting, I have MX Keys and MX Mouse and they keep reconnecting. Overall experience because of that is quite poor :/
    I use MB Pro 2019 with most recent OS

    sometimes there is backend connection problem, and white screen will be prompt to user. I will be stuck at the screen for 5 min or more.

  14. Broken Gestures button on the mouse

    Clicking the Gestures button does not activate Windows navigation (what it is set by default), but it acts as if Logi Options+ is not installed and switches between apps (macOS default behavior).

  16. Клавиатура не переключается на другое устройство вместе с мышкой

    Где-то из 15 переходов между ПК используя Flow, 2-3 раза мышь перепрыгивает сама, клавиатура остается на предыдущем пк. Приходится в ручную переключать.

    No way to check for application or firmware updates within the app, as there was in previous version. Also no way to back up settings.

  18. Double click

    cannot locate the double click setting. I am on a mac however I run published desktop for work and need double click shortcut to open apps in windows. Normally I have the scroll wheel click setup as double click.

  19. Devices not getting detected after switching between laptop

    1. Connect the Keyboard and mouse in Mac and Option+ detected and all works. Now switched to my alternative Windows system and used same Keyboard and mouse by using easy switch key/buttons. Now returned back to the Mac and switched Keyboard and mouse and control works in Mac. But Options+ software not detecting my Keyboard and Mouse. Relaunch app also not solving the issue.

  20. Device state not refreshing once device is reachable

    Device state is not getting updated once the device the reachable or landing page is navigated back. State shows as Not connected only. Only on app relaunch it refreshed.
