    1.) Impossible to set up an account. Would not accept my date of birth...
    2.) Wanted a screen capture function for my brand new model 850. Nothing but wasted time trying to get help.

    I would love the left spacebar key to be programable to the backspace key. Would save so much time and mis-keys while composing.

  3. Keyboard backlight timeout settings

    A time out setting for the varous backlight settings on keyboards would maybe be handy, especially if the computer is asleep. No need for backlighting if my computer is off.

  4. 自定义按钮里需要单独的“平移”和“切换滚轮模式”

    master3。macOS15.5。自定义按钮里没有“切换滚轮模式”可选，导致“顶部按钮”即切换滚轮模式这个按键无法使用四向手势，否则会失去“切换滚轮模式”这个功能。另，自定义按钮里也没有“平移”可选，只能在预设的“手势-平移“里使用，但与智能缩放绑定，导致若要使用平移，任一按键都会失去其原本功能，比如中键、切换滚轮模式etc

  6. Make "enter" programmable! PLEASE!

  7. keyboard to control mouse switch

    can we have a flag, that once enabled, the keyboard device switch also switches all other Logi devices (e.g. mouse)? It just makes sense that if i switch keyboard i would also need mouse to switch, would be nice without lifting & manually switching

  8. Bring back AI

    i know people give out about the ai, but they can just, not use it ffs, like its not some hot new fad. its here to stay and now i cant get it back. This is a productivity mouse everyone should be using it. the only reason you get more negative feedback is because nobody is going to be bothered giving positive feedback about the great idea

  10. Disable AI Features

    I would like to disable the AI features. I have other ways of using AI apps on my Mac, it’s not a feature I want from my mouse or keyboard.

    I'd like to prevent the Prompt Builder process from loading and delete the "aioverlaytmp" without it reappearing.

    Major changes like this should be opt-in features, not automatic.

  11. 键盘的F1F2F3切换能联动鼠标一起切换

    我记早期使用K375S+MX Master 2的时候，可以通过键盘的F1F2F3来联动的切换键盘和鼠标。现在换成MX Mechanical mini + MX Master 3s我找不到这个功能了，只能键盘按一下切换，然后鼠标再按一下切换，因为我电脑有多个扩展屏每次要移动到边缘没有按一下键盘来的方便，我挺希望这个功能能够回来。

  12. Easy-Switch Buttons Sync between MX Keyboard & MX Mouse

    I am a user of the MX Mechanical keyboard and and of the MX Master 3s. I am using these peripherals to operate two computers but it is very annoying that every time I want to change device I need to hit the respective button on my keyboard and then lift my mouse and hit the switch button on the bottom of the mouse as well to make that happen. Why there is no option to sync these so when I am choosing a device on my keyboard the mouse will follow? I know that there is the "Flow" software…

  14. MX Mechanical Mini Backlighting

    For the MX Mechanical Mini, will you be changing the firmware so I can control the duration of the backlight? Like you did for the MX Keys Mini?

  15. Actions on combinations of holding side keys and rotation of scroll wheel

    Logitech MX Anywhere 3S mouse.
    Why not allow combinations like
    Hold side button and rotate scroll wheel up - volume up, Hold side button and rotate scroll wheel down - volume down.

  17. Remove AI or provide AI free version

    Please remove the AI features or release an AI free version. I enjoy using my Logitech gear at work. My company has very strict guidelines around what AI tools we can use. Having AI built into Logi Options+ could get it placed on my companies software black list.

  18. Battery Level Indicator

    How difficult is it to add a battery level indicator to the system tray or at least in Logi Options+? It is ridiculous that online forums show users have been suggesting this "feature" for years but Logitech still has not implemented the idea. Utterly ridiculous...

  20. MX Keys Backlight Battery Saver Hours

    MX Keys S backlight hours of operation, to save/manage battery in well lit day time. Turn off backlight between the hours of 9am-6pm. Or turn on between 6pm - 8am. Maybe it's logi+ managed background service, not on firmware/hardware (must be connected and app running on OS).
