  3. Windows und ALT vertauscht MX Keys S

    Das neue Tastaturlayout der MX Keys S ist verheerend! Wem ist eingefallen, dass die Windows und ALT Taste zu vertauschen eine Gute Idee ist? Das ist völlig irreführend, da jede klassische Tastatur und auch die Vorgänger MX Keys und die Craft diese Tasten noch korrekt hatten. Wenn man viel mit Tastenkombinationen arbeitet, auf einer MX Keys S auf dem Arbeitsplatz und der MX Keys Zuhause, ist die neue KX Keys S nicht zu gebrauchen.

  4. Unhappy Customer. I want my K800 back.

    After my 4th K800 keyboard died I bought an MX Keys S. I really am not happy with it. I have tried to get used to it and like it. It just sucks compared to the K800 that I loved and used for many years. The keys don't feel right. The Caps lock is way too easy to trigger. It sucks having 3 different usb receivers for different logi devices. Overall, I am no longer a happy customer. I'm a frustrated and unhappy one.

  5. Fix mouse pairing

    The pairing sequence test pattern thing for new mice is absurd. It is like a game of simon-says. It is non-inclusive and difficult for users with disabilities.

  6. Mouse On/Off Scheduling

    It would be nice to be able to put a schedule on your mouse, so that it automatically turns on/off at a certain time.

    This would be very useful for people who use the mouse for work, so that battery isn't wasted and for example the mouse will automatically turn off at like 6pm at night, if you set a schedule in the logi app.

  7. Feature Request for MX Ergo: Intelligent Pointer Speed

    I'm a big fan of the MX Ergo. To make it even better, I have a feature request for the trackball.

    It would be extremely useful if the pointer speed could automatically adjust based on how fast the ball is moved. A quick flick would cover large distances, while slow, precise movements would offer fine control—eliminating the constant need to switch DPI modes.

    Speaking of which, the DPI switch button should also be user-configurable in the Logi Options+ software, rather than being locked to that single function.

    Thank you for considering these improvements for a more intuitive workflow.

    안드로이드 버전이 있었으면 좋겠어요. 멀티 OS라고 광고하지만 윈도우와 맥OS만 완벽 지원이 되는게 부당합니다.

  11. Switch both Keyboard/Mouse by pressing switch keys on Keyboard only

    My work IT disabled any data transfer in/out from the laptop, this disabled the mouse/keyboard from switching between my work & personal laptop (using Flow feature in my mouse).
    I'm just requesting if I can switch both the keyboard and mouse between laptops with pressing only a keyboard button! it will be much easy.

  12. Gesture button and AI function

    Hi. Been using M720 Triathlon mouse for a decade maybe, it's the best mouse for me that is on the market due to the gesture button. Now I'd love to use your new AI button but there is no way for me to do it. I have the other buttons programmed for vol up and down plus copy paste (and there is no way I'll be reprogramming the scroll). So I hoped I could use the gesture button but when I do it, the AI tool does not just alter the gesture button alone, but removes all the other gestures…

  14. Prenez en charge, s'il vous plait, l'appui long sur une touche de clavier.

    Version inutile pour ma part si je ne peux pas simuler un appui continu sur une touche de clavier. C'est vraiment une régression ; c'est un peu dommage.

  16. Paired Easy switching on MX devices

    Paired easy switching would greatly improve UX, having a toggle to pair my mouse and keyboards easy switching would prevent the tedious switching keyboard and then switching mouse. If i press device 2, i would prefer to switch my mouse to device 2 as well as i assume most people would have same pair number for each device

  17. Remove account requirement for smart actions and marketplace downloads.

    While requiring an account for syncing settings, profiles, and other cross-device features is understandable, extending this requirement to Smart Actions, Marketplace Downloads, and similar functionalities feels unnecessarily restrictive. These features should remain accessible locally without forcing users into account creation, even if that means sacrificing cloud sync capabilities.

    In an era where privacy, data collection, and security concerns are at the forefront, imposing additional account barriers not only undermines user trust but also diminishes product appeal. For long-time Logitech customers like myself, who have relied on your hardware for nearly two decades, this shift is deeply disappointing.

  18. 鼠标手势切换桌面方向的建议

    建议切换桌面的手势可以自定义，因为向左和向右切换桌面的那个方向，每个人习惯不同，目前的这个切换方向用起来比较别扭。
    其他功能都挺好的，开发人员辛苦了！希望罗技越来越好！

  19. Nueva versión de Logi+ con experiencia cliente terrible

    La nueva versión es un terrible empeoramiento de la experiencia de usuario. Es absolutamente intrusiva, sin preguntar en ningún momento si estoy interesado en el contenido o las funciones. Pulsar en cualquier acceso de la app requiere 8 o 10 pulsaciones adicionales para volver a la pantalla principal, todo por la intrusividad excesiva. Llevo años con dispositivos Logitech, pero desde luego que no voy a recomendar esta experiencia si continúa en esta línea.

  20. Feature suggestion

    I have a 3 button mouse and a Mac. It would be nice to include the possibility to include more shortcuts beyond gesture.
    for example, keep middle click as is, but add long press, cmd+click, shift_click. Similar to what Mac Mouse Fix does.
