Implement configurable ambient light treshold for backlight activation
Since there is an ambient light sensor on the mx keys, is there a way to implement a configurable ambient light treshold for backlight activation?
e.g. only turn on the backlights if the ambient light is under the specified levels and turn it off if the room ilumination puts the ambient light above the treshold.
As it is, if I have the backlights switched on, they will stay lit, regardless of ambient light.
Untill now, I've not seen the advertised automatic brightness settings at all.
The lights will stay on or off, but won't adjust.3 votes -

Need mute button on MX Keys
I use MX Keys but really need to be able to remap some key (say, the calculator button) to something like a mute/unmute button. Work from really makes this important. Indeed, I'd buy a new keyboard if it had an illuminated mute state button.

Allow the keyboard to 'easy switch' both the mouse and keyboard and/or allow button assignment on the top buttons of the mouse
I was utterly disappointed to get the master mx3 mouse, I've got a perfectly good g900 but as a web developer wanted to use it for testing out responsive designs on my phone and tablet (iOS), the mx keys, nice and easy, hit the button on the keyboard, switches instantly.
The Mouse...umm. I'm sure you are aware of were you put the button to switch the mouse but incase you haven't had every single person who has ever bought this mouse not tell you how annoying it is, being underneath the whole unit, needing to lift it in the air,…1 vote -
Key override functions
Hi, would be ideal to be able to customize more keys not just the F1-F12. For instance it's a big issue of mine that I need to override Windows because the Hungarian key layout uses "," instead of "." on the numeric keyboard. Thanks.

i think it would be useful if you would be able to make it posible to make a button on the mouse not only to make it max tripple left klick but be able to do so up to 5 klick also to be able to do the same with the richt klick button so you can program a button to richt clik 5 times.

Switch keyboard and mouse with single button
I got the new Options+ hoping for the one important feature to be implemented: switching keyboard AND mouse between computers with a single press of the switcher. Sadly it's not there. Honestly the lack of this feature is basically false advertising. I hope and wait for a competitor with a better system to arrive.

left and right button assignment
I really need to assign different functions to the left and right button of the mouse as well.
Also different profiles for the mouse that we can enable or disable anytime we want, and maybe different profiles for the same app

Group Switching
It would be a nice feature to group the mouse and keyboard for easy switch so by pressing the easy switch key on the keyboard the mouse also switched.

Allow the backlight to be on permanently
Hi,
I would like there to be an option to have the backlight on permanently. I know this will have an impact on battery life, but it can sometimes be difficult to target the relevant keys until the light comes on, slowing down the use of the keyboad.

Battery charge icon
I greatly appreciate the battery icon which now shows (finally) an approximation of the capacity remaining in the batteries of BOTH the MX Master 3 mouse and MX Keys keyboard. Long time coming & much appreciated. We'll see how accurate it is.
