    ソフトウェアがバグ出ているので再インストールしたら事前にバックアップした設定を復元しようとしても、再インストール直後の自動バックアップ設定がONだから初期設定でバックアップされて事前に手動でバックアップした設定が上書きされて台無し。バックアップは時系列で10回分くらいは保存できるようにしてくれないと意味ない。

  2. Suggestion: Include Refresh Page Feature Like Chrome

    Please add a “Refresh Page” option in the Recommended Actions menu, similar to how it appears in the Chrome browser. This option is currently missing in the Comet browser, and adding it would make navigation more convenient.

    Please add a “Refresh Page” option in the Recommended Actions menu, similar to how it appears in the Chrome browser. This option is currently missing in the Comet browser, and adding it would make navigation more convenient.

  4. Lack of option for gesture sensitivity

    Please add sensitivity settings for gestures. In the new Options app, trigger threshold is too high compared to the old one, making gestures non-responsive.

  8. suggestion to improbe Logi for iPad users

    Hello, why isn't there any Logi app for iPad? I use my keyboards on iPad all the time and cannot update my MX Keys features like backlight duration, customisation? Mot sure why but even if you cannot make an app, how about have a web interface where I log into my Logi account online and I can sync across my custom key settings via the web interface..? What is the reason you you cannot make app for iPad? I'm very disappointed cos of this!!

    es braucht unbedingt ein Tray Symbol, das den Akkustand anzeigt.
    Immer erst logi Option+ zu starten um den Akkustand zu sehen ist umständlich.

  10. Action Ring and Haptic Feedback

    Please let an action ring profile to be exported or duplicated to app specific action ring setup!
    The haptics are great but I hope they;ll be used for more events such as errors, some notifications and maybe enhance the navigation experience (drag n drop, gestures feedback, etc).
    Great hardware (except for the scrollwheel click sound and feel - feels cheap), hoping for the software to follow!

    This app is such a soulless corporate spaghetti code monstrosity. The first thing I see opening the app is four blinking lights all rambling about offers and AI "prompt builders" clearly forced into the app by the VP suite wanting to act like they're in touch with reality. All while the actual core features I'd care about are nowhere to be seen. But I guess it's nice you added the most generic, soulless illustrations ever to grace the corporate world; there's a certain irony in a joyous illustration when I give input monitoring permissions to an application consuming 1.2 GB…

  12. Allow users to reorder devices in UI

    Please allow users to reorder devices in the user interface. It would be great to have my keyboard and mouse appear the same way they are actually laid out on my desk rather than swapped left and right. If you have to have a default, most users are right handed, but the mouse appears on the left side and then the keyboard on the right in the current UI.

    MX master 4 needed to be able to use the new button as gesture button. i am returning this mouse for that reason, and i will buy it again if you fix that.

    I filled my Actions Ring and started a new one. However, the original one disappeared. Recommend you have the ability to set as many as 3 Actions Ring.

  16. Team mykistys ja video pikanäppäimet

    Aikaisemmin on ollu ominaisuutena se, että voin mykistää ja laittaa videon pois Microsoft Teams-sovelluksessa. Nykyään joudun määrittämään pikanäppäinyhditelmän, että saan toiminnot määritettyä hiiren painikkeisiin. Pikanäppäimet rikkoutuvan kun Microsoft Teams päivittyy, jonka vuoksi joudun määrittämään ne uudelleen viikottain.
    Kuvakaappauksessa olevassa valikossa on voinut määrittää aikaisemmin mikrofonin mykistyksen ja kameran päälle/pois. Onko mahdollista palauttaa vanhempaa versiota, joka sisältäisi toiminnon?

  17. Flow移動後のハイライト表示

    Flowによりデバイスを移動したときにマウスカーソルを見失いがちです。たとえば、デバイス間を移動した後に、移動後のデバイス側で短い時間マウスカーソル位置がわかりやすいようにカーソルをハイライトするようなことは実現できないでしょうか

  18. Haptic feedback register still too strong

    I just got the MX Master 4 and overall it's good but the haptic click is still too strong to register even with the lightest option. Please enable even more lighter click

    Trash! i have paid 200$ for an MX Keys S and 1 year later i have lost a key on my keyboard and left click on my mouse stopped working...it belongs in the TRASH!
