QOL Suggestions
Push a firmware update so the MX keyboards don't randomly go to sleep (quit sending continuous hold keystrokes, IE walking in MMO games) and also push an update so the backlight can stay on. You know, a normal LED keyboard feature.

Gestures Available in Application Specific Customisations
I'd like to be able to use the gestures menu when setting up custom bindings for applications for my mouse. For example, I have gestures that use action button + mouse up / down / left / right that I want to preserve in microsoft teams, but I also want to be able to rebind my back and forward buttons to the recommended mute/unmute

Side Buttons Problem
Hi, I just bought this M650L. I have adjust the buttons setting to cater my needs for the side buttons, after setting closing the Apps, i try to turn on music and press Vol up & Down - it unable it will become Forward & Backward - how come like this?
I used M590 before swtich to this M650L. M590 doesn't have such problem at all.
Can you please teach me to the fix this issue?

New Teams App Features
Microsoft released a new Teams client. Please update the Options+ to support the new Teams client with the same functionality as the Teams classic app, specifically, the mute/unmute mic and start /stop video with the forward and backward buttons.

Long-press timer for easyswitch keys to prevent mis-hit
I have an MX Keys mini, and although I love the keyboard, I'm constantly mis-hitting the EasySwitch buttons near the escape key, causing me to unintentionally end up with a non-responsive keyboard.
I'd love to see a setting introduced that allows to set a long-press timer for the easy switch profiles. I'd rather wait 1, 2, 3,... seconds pressing the easyswitch keys to actually switch, than constantly misfire them.

Support for the new Windows Media Player
Would be great to see support for the new Windows Media Player (currently Logi Options+ doesn't allow to add specific profile for this app). I would like to assign mouse wheel action to control the system volume.

Leave backlighting on - an option!
So many people ask for this: we want to keep the backlighting on all the time. There is a lag time for the motion detector to know my fingers are near. I don't care about battery life; I can even leave it plugged in, but please stop turning off the backlighting; it's hard to read the keyboard otherwise.

MX Master 3 Scrolling Characteristics
MX Master 3 and MX Keys for Mac
The scrolling characteristics fall short of what third party mouse drivers can do. The only way to prevent a jerky response is to move the scroll slider to 0 and have smooth scroll on. This improves by reducing the jerky motion but at a sacrifice of scroll speed. The response by the mac mouse is no where near the smooth movement within a windows environment. Keyboard Backlight Duration Customization
How do I keep the backlight ON on my brand new keyboard? I want to have a much longer default. Often times my eyes go back and forth between the keyboard in varying lengths of time. I can deal with plugging the keyboard in more frequently.

Youre application...just keep it simple
This app doesn't work with my keyboard K520 and Logitech Pebble M350. It sees my devices, but I can't connect them. Why? How can I switch the middle button on my mouse to another function like it was on SetPoint? And it's very annoying that I should register an account to switch buttons! This was the last time that I bought your devices. You know...the best is the enemy of the good. We dont need super-duper application to switch button, but it shoud work well!

Lock Button Above Keypad
Love the keyboard and mouse. However, I would like to have the ability to turn off the lock button at the top of the number pad. I always hit that. For some reason the keypad isn't as functional as some keyboards.
