Logi support process
Cannot update Logi Option (Latest version: 1.96.781095
I had a terrible experience with the Logi support team (critical) 2 times. Last time, I already uploaded the guarantee form and serial number since I bought it in the system, but Logi support team required me to send it separately again after I raised the ticket and the Logi support team contacted me back. Why should I repeat the process again, or Logi support team work with no lean process?
Now, my problems are still occurring, and I have decided not to buy the Logitech item anymore and not recommend them to others.
