Critical Issue – MacBook Pro Restarts After Sleep When Using MX Master 3S and MX Keys (macOS Tahoe, M3 Max)
I’m experiencing a critical issue with the Logi Options+ app on my MacBook Pro (M3 Max chip) running macOS Tahoe.
Every time my laptop wakes from sleep and reconnects to my MX Master 3S mouse and MX Keys keyboard, the entire system restarts unexpectedly. The screen briefly shows a light purple flash before rebooting. This happens consistently and only when Logi Options+ is running in the background to manage my devices.
It's a new 2024 laptop with M3 Max chip. Newest Logi Options+ app version installed as well.
