I'm having trouble using this mouse with the Windows Amazon Prime Video app. The scroll wheel doesn't scroll anymore (started about 4-6 weeks ago). But the auto-scroll function will allow me to scroll. I don't have this problem with the Win11 Netflix or Paramount Plus app. Perhaps it's an issue with only the Prime Video app? Thank you.
