I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the Smart Actions plugin in Logi Options+ (version 1.96.781095, macOS).
After every reboot, Smart Actions becomes disconnected and shows the message:

“The Logi application is not connected. Please have Options+ running to use the plugin.”

However, Logi Options+ is running properly in the background, and all other plugins (System, Apple Music, Actions Ring) work fine. The issue affects only Smart Actions.

To fix it temporarily, I have to uninstall and reinstall the Smart Actions plugin after each restart, and then it works again — until the next reboot.

This seems to be a plugin–daemon connection problem that happens at system startup, even though Options+ is already active. Please investigate or provide a permanent workaround.
