Devices lose connection to the PC and the LogiOptions+ application. once that happens. devices reset to default presets until I restart the PC and the application for the devices to reconnect. Also, as EVERYONE in the WORLD knows and complains about it, the firmware update option DOES NOT work. I can't update my MX Master 3 or my MX Keys S. Disgraceful for a big company like Logitech.
