The action button on the new MX Master 4 is great, and I've had fun customizing it to my needs. However, the process of setting up various shortcuts and binds is extremely buggy. Sometimes, I'll choose an icon and it refuses to set or accept my changes. As well as this, plugins for Photoshop and After Effects with all of the pre-built commands utilize text-only icons, which are unreadable on both Mac and PC. Not being able to assign icons to these is crazy to me. That, and my Photoshop plugins refuse to work and show an exclamation mark icon.

Seems to me like this software was rushed to production without being fully ready. The hardware is beautiful and works well, but the software is letting down this product severely in my opinion.

I'm a power-user in the broadcast media field, so we need these applications to work.
