As of now you have to click on the App window to activate the app specific Actions Ring. It would be a great improvement if Actions Ring would activate app specific Actions Rings upon hovering over the app. Let's say I'm working in Photoshop and want to get to something in the Global Actions Ring, I actually have to click on the Desktop or an Explorer window to activate the Global Actions Ring.
