Hey so keyboard just stopped functioning properly.... this is a bit ridiculous for the hardware and software to fail so abruptly. Like the quotation marks don't work, the left curved bracket doesnt work. The ) right one does. The numbers six, and nine do not work. The letter m does not work. To make a question mark, i have to hold down the left shift button. This is one of the worse products I've purchased. There's nothing for the user to troubleshoot the issue. I'm quite surprised by how an expensive keyboard can fail. In 30 years I've never had an issue like this.
