Subject: MX Keys and C920s PRO HD Webcam issues on macOS Tahoe (26)
Products:
• MX Keys for Mac (Bluetooth)
• Logitech C920s PRO HD Webcam (Artikelnr: 347003)
Software: Logi Options+ v1.95.775278
System: macOS Tahoe 26.x (Apple Silicon / Intel — [fill in yours])
⸻
Issue Description:
After upgrading my Mac to macOS Tahoe (version 26), both my MX Keys keyboard and C920s PRO HD webcam show compatibility problems:
• MX Keys
• Not detected at the login screen via Bluetooth (cannot type password).
• Pairing unreliable after login.
• Options+ does not consistently recognize the keyboard.
• C920s PRO HD Webcam
• Webcam microphone controls are missing in Logi Options+.
• Webcam works in Zoom/Teams/FaceTime, but without control options.
• [Add if you noticed: e.g. image settings not available, focus issues, etc.]
Both devices worked normally on macOS Sonoma / Sequoia before the upgrade.
⸻
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade macOS to Tahoe (26.x).
2. Attempt to use MX Keys at login → keyboard not detected.
3. Attempt to configure C920s PRO HD in Options+ → microphone/video controls unavailable.
⸻
Troubleshooting Tried:
• Removed/re-paired MX Keys.
• Reset MX Keys Bluetooth (Easy-Switch + Esc).
• Reinstalled Options+ (latest version 1.95.775278).
• Granted all required permissions (Accessibility, Input Monitoring, Bluetooth, USB Accessories, Login Items).
• Restarted Mac after installation.
• Tested C920s PRO HD in multiple apps (Zoom, Teams, FaceTime).
Issues persist.
⸻
Request:
• Confirm if MX Keys login issue is a known Tahoe bug.
• Confirm if C920s PRO HD microphone/video controls will be restored in a future Options+ update.
• Provide ETA for fixes or official workarounds.
