INSERT KEY DOES NOT WORK!!!!! You have hundreds if not thousands of this complaint all over the Logitech community for years and you have done nothing to fix it. I just bought the K780 and I love it except I need an insert key so buying it was the same thing as opening my window and throwing my money out it. When are you going to fix it? I NEED AN INSERT KEY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!! DO SOMETHING. Work on the bugs as a priority instead of introducing new features like AI. If you have time to do that, you have time to fix a standard keyboard function. It is a bug. Are you not listening to your customers who are all frustrated by the lack of response from you. When your keyboard does not function properly, it should be a priority and yet years go by and you do nothing. How did you become the front runner? Hear your customers and respond by taking action. If I were to treat my customers like you do, I would be fired as you should be. Diane Lavery
