I've been a logitech user for more than 16 years. I know how to set up a device. I've been having issues with the devices for at least 2 years.
Devices keep connected but the key assignments just stop working. All of them. Mouse and Keyboard. I had old devices like the marathon mouse and the k710 keyboard.
Bought new devices that are supported by logioptions + since I thought that was the issue.
Well no, I got the Triathlon mouse combo with the MK780
Same issue.
If I open logioptions+ stuff keep working.
A few moments later the software closes and a few moments later stuff stop working.
Copy paste, special key assignments.
This has been going on for a long time already.
So either you fix this or I can send you back all the products. The latest products were purchased TODAY. The older versions were purchased less than a year ago.
So if you don't have this glitch fixed I'd happily mail you all the products and I'd love to get a refund since it's not working as promised.
I have a windows device at home, new computer designed for gaming so performance is excellent.
I have a macbook M4 at work, same issue. Computer is brand new, 3 months old.
Please provide a follow up and ETA for these glitches or provide an address where I can send all the brand new products I've tested so I can claim a refund
