I have a logitech mouse (M310) and keyboard. Everything says it fine, but the mouse just stops working. I can't get it to move. We have tried changing the mousepad; and stopped using mousepad. Reviewed all the settings and the only thing we changed is the speed. I have tried logging out of everything else and still no effect. It will work fine for awhile and then just stop. I move the mouse but the arrow does not. Sometimes it's jerky, sometimes I can't even find it. Other times I just have to stop and try again later in that I can't get it to work. HELP
