My MX Mechanical keybord "woke up" with the keys "home, end, pg up and pg down" inactive. I suspect there was a firmware update that messed up with the configuration and the keys don't work for a Windows 11 op sys. I spent about 1 hour with your support without any success. I'm replacing the keyboard with something that works (not from your brand) because is unacceptable that I have to spend 1 hour in the chat with your support and you can't really help when this issue is very likely originated by an update on your end
