3-key simultaneous input error
Subject: Serious Issue with Simultaneous Key Input on MX Keys S — Extremely Inconvenient for Korean Users
Dear Logitech Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a serious issue I’ve encountered while using the MX Keys S keyboard.
As a Korean user, I was very surprised to find that the combination of the three keys "ㅇ", "ㅢ", and "ㅣ" cannot be registered simultaneously. This combination forms the Korean postposition "의", which is one of the most frequently used grammatical elements in the Korean language. The inability to input this common character smoothly is not just a minor inconvenience—it significantly disrupts workflow and communication.
Given the high-end nature and premium positioning of the MX Keys S, I expected much better performance, particularly in handling multiple simultaneous key presses. The fact that such a basic and essential combination fails to register properly is unacceptable for a keyboard in this class.
This issue may seem minor from a global perspective, but for Korean users, it renders the keyboard impractical for daily use. It is not an exaggeration to say that this is a deal-breaking flaw for a large segment of your customer base in Korea.
I sincerely urge your team to look into this matter and provide a solution or firmware update that addresses this input limitation. I truly want to continue using your products, but this experience has significantly impacted my trust and satisfaction.
Sincerely,
[Seokho-Jo]
