Smooth scrolling either needs fixed or more settings for the user to configure. I love the look of it, but when it takes over and continues the scrolling for almost 20 seconds... it creates unintended actions happening that are out of the user's control. It makes the experiance almost hostile. I wish this would be fixed with updates, but it appears to only have gotten worse with newer updates.
