I m trying to connect K400 Plus with Logi option+ software, when i try to add the device, it asks to restart the device to connect the device but i do it again and again and its still not connecting. Given all the permission, restarted mac, keyboard, removed and reinserted batteries.. nothing working.

I need to customize keys for mac, thats why doing this.
