This is so frustrating, nothing I do will allow me to access my MX3 to change the buttons. I read online that this is happening to hundreds of your customers. Everything worked fine then you updated and now nothing works. Do you guys reimburse those who buy your products and can not use due to your faulty software? These mouses are not cheap
