“Flow” does not work, I'm trying to use your mouse on a MacMini M2 2023 and Windows, they were connected to the same network, I also tried to connect both to the access point on the smartphone to be on the same network. I also tried to disable the firewall on both of them with “Logi Options+” installed. But it doesn't work, I bought your devices because they claim to support the “Flow” function, but it doesn't work, even though I've tried everything. PLEASE HELP!!!
