I wasted an entire afternoon trying to get my buttons setup for copy+paste. I'm using Microsoft Word and Chrome. I wanted to throw my computer off of a cliff because no matter what I did, these buttons would not work. I restarted my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled software. I strongly considered returning the device today if I couldn't get it to work. I wasted literally hours of time at work trying to get this figured out. I used this mouse for 2 years and never had this issue one time.

This is all because you automatically have the app settings on the mouse and the icons to change this are TINY. I just wanted my mouse to have the same setting universally, as i'm sure 99% of people want when they buy this. DO NOT set default app settings out of the box. I have no idea why you guys would make the customer go through these hoops to see you added a little feature no one cares about. Stop wasting peoples time with ideas you think are clever and make a product that works out of the box without the customer having to do hours of research online. Just terrible. Absolute trash design. no consideration for the customer.
