Here's what I've discovered with NO help from Logitech support. Your devices must be connected to Bluetooth via a USB 2.0 port, NOT USB 3.X - IDK why your dongles are incapable of USB 3 but they are and you should update the firmware in your products to help your customers who purhased your products and still rely on your terrible software as a necessary interface.
