As an old guy I have to admit that a lot of the stuff you send me is better suited to younger people who are using their computers more actively than I do. However, Norton which is my anti-virus and security software, advises me my mouse and keyboard drivers are out of date. So I have to ask if you keep drivers up to date in addition to the software you occasionally send.
