Never buy the MX Master 3S mouse - it breaks and there is not way to contact customer service or fix the issue
WORST customer service EVER. I am truly disappointed in the product that you have sold me as it was expensive and is now broken. What is even worse is that you CANNOT talk to any agent through the chat bot. I was going around in circles and spent nearly 30 minutes talking to the chat bot - it asked me the same questions over and over again. I also could not call the phone line - what is the point of having a phone line if customers cannot call?
I will NEVER buy any Logitech products ever again and advise all of my colleagues, family and friends against your products as well.
