The app constantly is unsaving one of the customised commands I set for it. It is the one that for default is to change the mouse pointer speed. When it resets it resets the speed I set it to and the customised smart action I set that button to do instead. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a number of times and it doesnt resolve the issue. Frequently loses bluetooth connection.
I'm having a number of issues where sometimes the mouse doesnt acknowledge the left button mouse click and i have to press harder for it to acknowledge which defeats the point of why I got the mouse - due to RSI and having to click a number of times and then harder puts more strain on my wrist. The click acknowledgements are slightly less using bluetooth and worse using usb connection. I've only had the mouse since May, I cant believe these issues after only 5 months of use especially for the price. Ill have to get a new mouse, so this feels like such a waste of money!
