Better rollerball materials are needed or instructions for cleaning same should be in product instructions. So far, over the past 7 years I have bought 4 new M575s simply because of rollerball sticking. My hands are at normal cleanliness levels, don't eat while using the rollerball, and the atmosphere where they have been used are normal household....I have tried various methods to clean the rollerball - plain washing, dry lubricants of various brand always carefully tending to the socket as well...Nothing works that I can find.
