I have the MX Master 3S for Mac and noticed a bug in the Logi Options+ software. The horizontal scroll wheel is reversed. In the settings page for the horizontal scroll wheel it was set to natural, but when I scrolled to the right the window I was scrolling scrolled to the left. It seems like the option labels are inverted. Changing the setting to inverted fixed the issue so the horizontal scroll is now "natural", scrolling right scrolls right and scrolling left scrolls left. I assume this is just a software label bug but if you think it's a hardware mistake let me know and I can send you the device number.
