Option to disable smooth scrolling for MX Master 3 thumb wheel

Option to disable smooth scrolling on thumb wheel of MX Master 3. This is extremely annoying when using it with a spreadsheet as it behaves very unpredictably.

    This is very important to me - please let us disable horizontal smooth scrolling - It's so anoyinning and distract me from being productive!
