Deeply disappointed
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of the Logitech Wave Keyboard ($149) and MX Anywhere 3S Mouse ($139.95). As a loyal customer who has relied on Logitech products for over 25 years, I have always found them to be reliable and comfortable, particularly for my data entry-intensive job.
However, I am deeply frustrated with my recent experience. Having just come out of the hospital with Influenza A and with my son also recently discharged, awaiting tests for inflammatory ****** cancer, I made this purchase with the expectation that I would receive the same high quality I have come to expect from Logitech. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
Since starting this feedback, both the Wave Keyboard and MX Anywhere 3S Mouse have disconnected four times. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue by installing and uninstalling apps and attempting various wireless connections, the problem persists. I have yet to begin any actual work because I am constantly troubleshooting these connectivity issues.
I chose these products despite their higher cost, trusting in Logitech's reputation for quality and reliability. It is incredibly disappointing to find that they do not meet the standards I have come to expect from your brand.
