Opposite of help
What a disaster your decisions are, for legacy users. I changed laptops and survived a complete OS upgrade, and it took an hour to get my beloved M570 working. Once it did, I expected to never think about it again. Buttons configured and I'm set. Nope. You broke something this morning, made the software stop working, made me download something else completely different (again), and now it doesn't. Can't "find" the device. The one that worked last night. I just don't understand what you think you're helping with this type of wholesale decision. I wouldn't be a lean on your support infrastructure if it just doesn't stop working in the first place. Unreal.
