Keyboard Lighting Problem

My MX Keys Mini keyboard defaults to lighting triggered by proximity of hands to keyboard. At first this seems to be a cool feature. But after only a couple of uses its limitation makes itself known.

In a darkened work environment, I am unable to discern with confidence a key on the dark keyboard. To be sure I'm going to be pressing the key I want, I need to move my hands sufficiently close to the keyboard to trigger the lighting. When that happens I am able to press the key with confidence.

This gets old pretty fast. The process of bringing the hands close to trigger the lighting interrupts the work flow. This step would be avoided if the user had the option of setting the keyboard lighting to "always on."

This lacks the "cool factor" of the keys triggered by proximity of hands to keyboard. And, it would reduce battery life somewhat. Neither is a serious issue.

Many other users have this problem too, and I hope your corporate culture allows for user-suggested improvements. a
