OPTIONS Blind to BRIO
I hardly know where to begin:
Running MAC OS Sonoma 14.5 all updated.
1) LOGITECK OPTIONS: On the Application settings page, at the top is a link: SEE RELEASE NOTES--link does not work.
2) The robo-chat just tried to take me thru the troubleshooting process. After asking me for the sereal number, the first instruction is "USING THE SWITCH ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CAMERA....." There is no switch on the camera to turn OFF then ON again. Clearly the left hand that makes the troubleshooting steps does not talk to the right hand with the sereal numbers. It just makes your company look like clumsy teens. So now i have a ticket number and must wait for.....i don't know what.
