I am very disappointed with the MX Master 3S. The mouse is great but every time my laptop is inactive, sleeps, or hibernates, I cannot wake it up with my mouse. When I do wake up my computer, the mouse is no longer connected although it shows paired. I checked online and many customers have reported similar issue. I am surprised, Logitech has not addressed this issue head-on. Your slowly losing trust of your customers, including mine. I shouldnt have to go into system files or device managers to try to fix the issue. Apple products are a good example of making products simple and intuitive to use.
