My keyboard doesn't remember its Num Lock state and I have to switch it on every time I restart my PC. I tried 5 second press, but this initiate what I think is a Windows feature called "Toggle Keys" - a tone sound when I press any Lock key. I tried Logi support, but after over 20 minutes your support agent was copy/pasting me a very basic troubleshooting steps and then asked me to uninstall and reinstall the keyboard... I think this should not be the case, if your software is buggy you should fix it, it is not a £10 keyboard, but £100 one... Why is there no a toggle in the settings where I can just ask the Num Lock to be permanently on? Other than this, they keyboard is fantastic, I wish it was detachable (held by strong magnets?) like the old Laser MX was, so for tools that don't require Nav keys nor numpad it would be more convienent to have a closer space for mouse.
