Keyboard shortcuts on mouse buttons do work for a while, but then later they start doing something else. For example I did setup Ctrl+Q and Crtl+U on separate key for read/unread mails. But after a day or two the assigned buttons are not doing these actions - though the setting is there in Logi Options+. They start acting up and jumping to another item in the list, or opening About Outlook window and other weird stuff. I need to delete and recreate the profile in the Logi app, but sometimes it takes a while and several attempts until I get back the wanted functionality of the buttons.
