Logitech makes many fine products. Unfortunately Options+ is complete and utter ****. It has been a disaster from day one. I have never had a backup successfully restored. Generally, of a dozen or so apps that I have customized, only 2-3 ever get restored.

Currently Options+ is ******* up my keystrokes. I programmed specific actions for Explorer and Brave browser. BB worked for a while but now it is getting all of the custom actions wrong (while still displaying the correct setting in the GUI).

Occasionally restarting Options+ fixes a glitch but it usually does not last.

All tech support ever does is "elevate to the next level of support" where nothing is ever done about the problems.

What an unmitigated disaster of what should be a great application.
