"Scroll Mode Switching Issue: Troubleshooting Unintended Mode Changes Despite Disabling SmartShift"
Scroll mode keeps switching from ratchet mode to free spin without my input. I have disabled the SmartShift or buttons that change the scroll wheel mode, but it keeps changing to free spin without prompting.
