I tried to setup the thumb button click gesture as a keyboard shortcut for Ctrl so that I could do Ctrl-Mouse Wheel when I want to zoom rather than scroll, but it doesn't work and the Mouse Wheel keeps scrolling up/down even though I'm holding down the thumb button. Pressing the real Ctrl key works correctly.
