Laggy MX Keys Mini that often loses BT connection
My MX Keys Mini keyboard has been in use for about 4 months. I must say I am very disappointed with the performance. The typing experience is fine (although in my opinion there are just too many symbols on the keyboard) but the real problem is connectivity.
The keyboard is slow to react, loses connection regularly and is generally very laggy - some typed characters do not appear for seconds, or appear as a long string of the same character. I find the only way to maintain a good connection is to have the charging cable constantly attached - which rather defeats the object of a wireless keyboard!
I use a Bluetooth connection; my office environment is absolutely standard (Windows 11 PC roughly 70 cm from the keyboard on a desk, two monitors, two speakers, a WLAN router buried under the desk some 1,5 metres from the keyboard).
I really don't think you should sell Bluetooth keyboards like this which are so sensitive (apparently) to interference.
My PC has been updated to the latest BT software and the keyboard is also running the latest firmware version.
