The main window is a pain to use if you have more than 2 peripherals paired, especially since you can't resize the window in either direction, the peripherals are listed only horizontally, and it seems that the only way to "scroll" is to click the big left/right buttons. Being able to use the scrollwheel or arrowkeys or having a larger, more flexible layout would make this far, far less painful.
