I'm thankful for the software update, but unfortunately, it came too late. About a month ago, after the latest Windows 10 update both keyboards suddenly stopped working. I wasted two hours trying to download a software update, but nothing on the Logitech downloads applied to my product, so I had to end up ordering a new wired keyboard and tossed out two Logitech wireless keyboards purchased in 2022. Had I waited for your software update, I'd have lost my job as a remote DBA for a major engineering firm. I will not recommend your products anytime soon.
